Seeing a great need in the innovation of medical products that were being used by Nurses at the time, he went on to Co-Found I-V Access Technology, Inc in 2007, a medical device company based in San Francisco, California ivatinc.com.
The success of company was based on learning how to identify problems in a chosen industry and work relentlessly to solve them.
This eventually led Brian into Real Estate investing, where he became frustrated when buying and selling properties with the lack of professionalism and follow through in the real estate industry. He started helping family and friends buy and sell property which led into a full-time passion.
Brian prides himself in his transparency, work ethic, which he attributes to his father, who was a Green Beret, and his older brother, who he emulated growing up, who later graduated top of his class at West Point
Brian is a local Orange County resident, where he resides with his wife, Heather, his 3 daughters, 2 stepdaughters, and 2 stepsons. Brian & Heather reunited after nearly 20 years of not seeing each other in Orange County, Ca. Heather moved to Fresno from Arkansas, where they initially met, and were 7th grade sweethearts.
