Pricing

Here’s a breakdown of how the pricing structure works:

  1. Hourly Rate: We charge a fixed rate of $150 per hour for services.
  2. Time Tracking: The consultant keeps track of the time spent on each task related to the client’s case. This includes activities like reviewing medical records, conducting research, preparing reports, attending meetings, and providing expert opinions.
  3. Billing Increments: The consultant may bill in increments, typically in 15-minute or 30-minute intervals. For example, if they spend 1 hour and 15 minutes on a task, they will bill for 1.25 hours.
  4. Detailed Invoicing: The consultant provides clients with detailed invoices that outline the tasks performed, the time spent on each task, and the corresponding charges. This transparency helps clients understand how their money is being utilized.
  5. Additional Expenses: In addition to the hourly rate, the consultant may charge for any additional expenses incurred during the case, such as travel expenses, document production costs, or expert witness fees. These expenses are typically billed separately from the hourly rate.
  6. Retainer or Deposit: Depending on the agreement between the consultant and the client, a retainer or deposit may be required upfront. This serves as an advance payment to secure the consultant’s services and is usually deducted from the final invoice.
